What we do: Discourse Academy offers expert PhD advice on critical policy discourse analysis from a renowned academic authority, Dr Michael Farrelly. Our small-group classes (with a maximum of five participants) run monthly throughout the academic year. Join us to unlock a deeper understanding of academic discourse and enhance your scholarly work. Sign up for a class as and when you need to. You pay per booked session. What to expect: Talk through your PhD project issues in a supportive space. Each small-group seminar runs for one hour. Dr Michael Farrelly leads the introductions, participants briefly introduce their PhD project and any issues on which they are seeking advice or which present a challenge. As a group, we engage in discussions about these projects and challenges with Dr Farrelly and fellow participants. By the end of the session, we will have created a personalised action list for each participant.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel without charge 24 hours before your scheduled meeting. Cancelations between 24 hours and 1 hour before a session will be charged £10. No-shows and or cancellations 1 hour before a session will be charged 50% of the booking fee. We hope you understand the need for such charges; this is our income and bookings are in demand, thank you.
